Join us this year for the Pacific Union College Maxwell Cup! Named for PUC’s longest-serving president, the tournament provides scholarships for worthy PUC students. Over the years the tournament has raised $160,000 in student scholarship funds, and your participation in this year’s game will continue the tradition of helping these students obtain a first-class college education.
Registration for this year’s game is now open, and players who register before April 15 will be entered into a drawing to win a free iPad! All players will also receive a complimentary welcome gift, and entry into a raffle with prizes including dinners at local restaurants and stays at Napa Valley resorts!
The format is a four-player shamble—after the first stroke on each hole, teams play from the position of the player closest to the hole, and then continue on individually. Handicaps will be considered in this format, and are required for each player at the time of registration. Players will compete in two categories: Alumni & Friends, and Corporate Teams.
After the tournament, stay for the Maxwell Banquet for Education. The event features a gourmet dinner, as well as a charity auction of goods and services donated by Napa Valley vendors. All proceeds go toward student scholarships at PUC. Even if you don’t golf, please join us at the banquet!
